Track Your Order

From confirmation to dispatch, every order is monitored carefully.

Because every Maison Gil New York piece is created after purchase, tracking does not begin the moment your order is placed. Your order moves through several stages before the carrier scan becomes active.

What to Expect

1. Order Confirmed - Your order has been received and approved.
2. In Production - Your piece is being created, hand-finished, and prepared.
3. Final Inspection - The garment is checked, pressed, and packed for dispatch.
4. Dispatched - You receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
5. In Transit / Delivered - Your parcel moves through the carrier network to its final destination.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.

Need a Manual Update?

Email help@maisongil.com and include:

- Full name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout

Important Notes

- Delivery windows already include production time.
- Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been confirmed.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact Client Services within 48 hours so we can assist.
