1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Maison Gil New York website, products, and related services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

This site is operated by Fashion Pov LLC, doing business as Maison Gil New York ("Maison Gil New York", "we", "us", or "our"). Our contact email is help@maisongil.com.

3. Eligibility and Use of the Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

4. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, embellishment, and details as accurately as possible. Because screens vary and many pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, finish, embroidery, beading, drape, or placement may occur. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

5. Made-to-Order Production

Maison Gil New York pieces are produced after an order is placed. Delivery windows published on the site include production, hand-finishing, quality control, packing, and transit. Because work may begin soon after checkout, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after confirmation.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated. Prices, shipping rates, promotions, duties presentation, and availability may change without notice. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is true, accurate, and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

7. Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order, but it does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment has been authorized or captured, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item(s).

8. Gift Cards

If Maison Gil New York offers gift cards, they are final sale and non-refundable except where required by law. Gift cards are redeemable only as stated at the time of purchase, cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and may be subject to additional terms communicated with the gift card. We are not responsible for gift card delivery issues caused by an incorrect recipient email entered at checkout.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide, subject to carrier coverage, customs requirements, and applicable law. Standard delivery is 12-15 business days and Express delivery is 8-12 business days, unless otherwise stated on the site. These windows include production and shipping time. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, holidays, fraud review, or other events outside our reasonable control.

10. Tracking and Risk of Loss

Once an order is dispatched, we will send shipment confirmation and tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Risk of loss and title transfer pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided, subject to applicable law. For select orders, a signature may be required.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all tags attached, including the Maison Gil New York security tag, intact and uncut. If the security tag is removed, cut, damaged, or not returned intact, the item will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or size change. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law. 12. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep all information on the site complete, current, and accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, availability, delivery estimates, or other content will always be error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, designs, layout, video, and software, is owned by or licensed to Maison Gil New York and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of the site or its content without our prior written consent.

14. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, images, social content, testimonials, or 

other materials to us, you grant Maison Gil New York a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law. You confirm that you own or control the rights to anything you submit.

15. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, impersonate another person, or engage in conduct that could damage Maison Gil New York, our clients, or our service providers.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all products and services made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated or required by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Gil New York and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the site, purchase of products, or reliance on site content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maison Gil New York and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
