Shipping & Delivery
Handmade timelines, clearly stated.
At Maison Gil New York, every piece is created after the order is placed. Our delivery windows are intentionally longer because they already include production, hand-finishing, final quality control, packing, and transit.
We do not separate production time from shipping time. The time needed to make your piece is already built into the estimates below.

Worldwide Delivery
- We ship worldwide, subject to carrier coverage and destination-specific customs restrictions.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery timing may be extended during collection launches, peak periods, customs clearance, severe weather, or other carrier-related disruptions outside our control.
Tracking and Signatures
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the parcel enters the carrier network.
- A signature may be required for select orders.
Duties and Taxes
Depending on destination, duties and taxes may either be collected at checkout or charged by the local customs authority or carrier before delivery. Where supported, any applicable charges will be shown during checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing the order. If you need an address update, email help@maisongil.com as soon as possible. Because many orders move into production quickly, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been confirmed or dispatched.
