To qualify, the item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unaltered
- Be returned in the same condition in which it was received
- Include the original Maison Gil New York tags and the special security tag, fully attached and uncut
- Be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, marks, damage, or any sign of wear

Important
If the Maison Gil New York security tag has been cut, removed, tampered with, or returned damaged or incomplete, the item will not qualify for a refund, exchange, or size change. This rule applies to every approved return request.

We do not provide return shipping labels. Clients are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including packaging, insurance, and any carrier fees. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable service.
How do I request a return or exchange?

1. Email help@maisongil.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the item(s) you wish to return, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions from Client Services.
4. Send the parcel exactly as instructed using a tracked return method.
Approved return instructions will include the authorized returns address.

Once your return arrives, it will be inspected by our returns team. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

Exchanges, including size exchanges, are subject to stock availability. If your requested replacement is unavailable, Client Services will contact you with the available options.

We cannot accept:
- Any item that has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Any item returned without its original tags
- Any item returned with a cut, removed, or incomplete security tag
- Any item marked Final Sale, custom-made, personalized, or otherwise noted at purchase as non-returnable
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
